Shift Small Group Leader (Female)

Shift Small Group leaders invest in the lives of students by caring for, disciplining, and guiding students toward Biblical community. Small group leaders receive weekly emails including announcements and resources to guide their small group times. Small group leaders serve on the 2nd and 4th Sundays during one service. Leaders are expected to be at Shift services 10 minutes before they start to welcome in students and 15 minutes after the service is over to attend team meetings.
